Memory of OFFDEM events.

This category records past OFFDEM events to keep an archive of past discussions.

When an event is over, its category is moved here. Most topics will remain (preliminary discussions, preparation, logistics, etc.) while outcomes will move to active working groups under #Care.

This allows interested people to learn from the past and witness the evolution of the community.
Discussions here may be referenced in other categories, but mostly they should remain static.

## Published Pages

Each event has a published page that mentions:

- a link to `/ourstory` (source: [Writing our story of OFFDEM](https://oxygen.offdem.net/t/writing-our-story-of-offdem/153))
- the #offdem-topic list for that event
- outcomes (including links to work groups)
- memories and anecdotes
- link to the previous event
- link to the next event
