Sure, just start a new topic in this conference. “Volunteering at OFFDEM” would be a good reusable title I guess. Make it a wiki and publish it when you have some content. Then keep editing it

Je viens de rajouter la date en gros au début du CFP. J’ai reçu la même plainte de la part de quelqu’un par l’intermédiaire de @moritz, c’est plutôt drôle qu’on ait loupé le truc. Elle est inscrite dans la bannière mais effectivement pas tout à fait évidente pour qui ne suit pas notre démarche. Note pour plus tard : une date implicite, c’est un trou dans le calendrier

Tonight, meeting in a café with InterHop to discuss their participation in OFFDEM + the undocumented people (a group of parents (at the school level, in Rennes, Brittany, and at the national level) which works essentially on the right to accommodation for exiled children and their families).
I will share some news on tomorrow morning.
I updated the CFP (and the banner) to reflect the new venue for OFFDEM, which is actually the same as the original OFFDEM venue. Remember that gorgeous bar?
So to clarify, OFFDEM will take place in the occupation held by VSP (voix des sns papiers) rue Fritz Toussaint 1050 Ixelles (still walking distance from ULB) instead of rue Volta with collectif Zone Neutre as VSP has a larger space available there.
But our activities will engage both collectives (zone neutre and VSP)
Indeed there was a gorgeous former bar that we used, for food and drinks in 2020 (remember we did not know about covid then, it only appeared a couple weeks after.)
From first OFFDEM, this is the space we’re talking about:
VSP, La voix des sans papiers bruxelles; un collectif de sans papiers autogéré par et pour les sans papiers qui lutte, revendique les droits pour tous et toutes.
Elle accueille OFFDEM en 2023 comme nous l’avons pour l’évènement de 2020.
Nous souhaitons travailler ensemble sur des outils informatiques au service de la lutte des sans papiers
